How often should i use this??

I wanted to know one thing. I usually have a headbath with normal tap water and in my area in Bengaluru, it's always hard water that I get. So I do the final rinse with filter water after I'm done with shampooing and conditioning. Will this help? I m not sure because I still sometimes have itchy scalp. Kindly revert
